Committed to achieving the best results for our clients

Institutional abuse can lead to far-reaching problems

For children and vulnerable adults placed in institutions, the inference is that a duty of care is placed upon them.

In reality, there are many cases where this trust has been broken within children’s homes, approved schools and more.

The effects of a lack of support and protection for vulnerable individuals can be far-reaching and can lead to physical and mental health problems that span the rest of their lives.

From poorly trained staff to inadequate management, abuses of power to other, malicious actions, institutional abuse is an incredibly important and serious area of the law. As such, seeking justice through a highly trained, professional and dedicated legal firm is the ideal course of action for pursuing claims following institutional abuse.
