Rebecca graduated from Ulster University with a First Class Bachelor of Laws degree before joining Kearney Law Group, where she has since developed strong experience in personal injury litigation across both the Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland jurisdictions. Her academic achievements, combined with her practical exposure to litigation from an early stage, reflect her commitment to pursuing a career in civil law.
Rebecca is currently training via the Institute of Professional Legal Studies (IPLS) route and is undertaking her solicitor training alongside her work at the firm, with expected qualification in 2027. Throughout her training, she has gained hands‑on experience supporting the firm’s solicitors on a wide range of personal injury matters.
She has particular experience in Republic of Ireland litigation, including the preparation, submission and management of Injuries Resolution Board claims. This cross‑jurisdictional insight allows her to assist clients navigating differing procedures, evidential requirements and time limits across both legal systems.
Since joining Kearney Law Group, Rebecca has worked closely under the supervision of senior solicitors, contributing to personal injury, medical negligence and related civil claims. She is known for her organised approach to case preparation, detailed legal research and her calm, supportive manner with clients.
Dedicated and enthusiastic, Rebecca is committed to developing her skills as she progresses through her training. She takes pride in assisting clients during what are often difficult circumstances, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout their legal journey.
