Catherine graduated from the University of Glasgow with a degree in Podiatry before beginning her professional career as a podiatrist in Belfast. Her experience within clinical environments gives her a strong understanding of medical processes, terminology and patient care—knowledge that enhances her support to the firm’s medical negligence team.
Following her time in Belfast, Catherine moved to Sydney, where she worked in recruitment. During this period, she developed valuable skills in team coordination, office management and client engagement, all of which influence her work in the firm today.
Catherine returned home to Derry and joined Kearney Law Group in 2020. Since then, she has become an integral part of the practice, overseeing administrative operations, managing accounts and book‑keeping functions, and providing essential support in the preparation and handling of medical documentation.
Known for her professionalism, reliability and warm manner, Catherine plays a key role in ensuring clients feel supported from their first interaction with the firm. Her diverse background across clinical, administrative and financial roles makes her a vital part of the team and the smooth running of the practice.
