Ríona Kearney is a Legal Secretary at Kearney Law Group, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice. She assists with client communication, file management, document preparation, scanning, filing and general office duties, and is often one of the first friendly voices clients hear when they contact the firm.

Ríona graduated from Liverpool Hope University with a Bachelor’s degree in 3D Design before completing a PGCE in Secondary School Art at Manchester Metropolitan University. She began her career teaching in secondary schools across Manchester and London, where she developed strong organisational, communication and classroom‑management skills.

Ríona later moved to Australia, continuing her teaching career for several years and gaining further experience working with diverse school communities. After returning home to Derry, she taught in local secondary schools before transitioning into the legal sector.

Since joining Kearney Law Group, Ríona has become an integral part of the administrative team. Her background in education brings a patient, structured and detail‑oriented approach to her work, ensuring that client files are handled efficiently and that the office operates seamlessly.
